We manufacture and supply a wide range of bellows in variety of material and thickness. The manufacturing size range is from 50 mm up to 6000 mm in Stainless Steel, Incolloy, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium and Monel. Configurations for these are: tied, hinged, gimbal-single, universal, pressure balance and externally pressurized. These can be hydraulic or punch formed. Standard bellows are always in stock to provide quick deliveries.
We can optimize solutions according to customer requirements.
We design and manufacture small vertical or horizontal pressure vessels, piping spools and pig launcher/receivers. Our manufacturing facilities can handle shell diameters to 2 meters, overall lengths to approximately 4 meters, carbon, stainless and chrome alloy steels; other materials on request. ASME Section VIII, Division I; or A.N.S.I. B31.XX series codes. Custom design and fabrication is our specialty.
Strainers are designed by our Principal PED. A Strainer is a device used to protect downstream equipment such as spray nozzles, plate heat exchangers, meters and pumps. A Strainer retains particles on the surface of its strainer element (ie on the mesh or perforated plate).
A Filter as the name suggests filters, but retains more particles inside the filter element body (ie. filter cloth or filter cartridge). Within the industry parlance filters and strainers have a similarity and its common to use these words other way around.
A Filter is also a device used to protect downstream equipment and we have a variety of them based on the media being filtered.
A damper is a valve or plate that stops or regulates the flow of air inside a duct, chimney, VAV box, air handle, or other air handling equipment. Its operation can be manual or automatic.
We can supply steam turbines both single and multistage in ratings 1 MW up to 15MW. With our Principal also manufacturing Boilers, we can offer Power Generation solutions such as Cogeneration using High Pressure Boiler and Back Pressure Turbine(BT-4), Captive Generation using High Pressure Boiler and Bleed Condensing Turbine(BCT-6), Micro Cogeneration using Low Pressure Boiler and Back pressure turbine(BT-4) and as Power Generation using High Pressure Boiler and Condensing Turbine (BT-6).
